SVC / 03 Tree & Palm Climb Assist

Your crew.
Our access.
Your customers, served better.

For tree services, landscape companies, palm specialists, and HOA grounds crews: we do the work that is slowest, hardest, and most dangerous so your crew can focus on the work that pays.

Platform and Ground Crew

01 / Premise The case for partnership

We are not your competitor. We are your unfair advantage.

Tree work faces insurance pressure, a shrinking climbing workforce, customers asking for safer methods, and jobs that bucket trucks cannot reach.

Our platform does not change what your arborists know how to do. It changes how they reach the work. Your crew handles rigging, cutting decisions, and cleanup. We handle the climb and document the job.

02 / Work What you get

Six categories of climb-assist work.

01

Limb removal on mature trees

Especially over structures, pools, fences, and other liability-exposed areas. Our platform climbs; you direct the cuts.

02

Sectional felling

Top-down controlled removal where your crew rigs each section and Arcaed provides the climb.

03

Palm fronding and trimming

Common palm species served with a method gentler on the trunk than spikes and faster than many lift setups.

04

Palm skinning development

Methodical boot removal is in active development with experienced palm professionals.

05

Treatment application access

Trunk injection, spray treatment, or disease management where your licensed applicator controls chemistry.

06

Inspection and documentation

Pre-job assessments, hazard tree documentation, insurance claim photography, and same-day reporting.

03 / Value Why it matters

Same as a bucket truck rental, but better for tight access.

01

Access trees lifts cannot reach

Residential lots, fenced yards, courtyards, hillsides, and tight spaces are where the platform is strongest.

02

Lower at-height exposure

Mechanical access reduces dependence on climbers for the highest-risk part of the job.

03

You remain the arborist

Your certified arborist directs cutting, rigging, customer decisions, and cleanup.

04

Storm response capacity

Partner accounts can add surge capacity during high-demand weather events.

05

Documentation included

Photos and video support your customer, insurance, and portfolio records.

06

Development partner options

Early tree and palm partners can help refine tool heads and operational workflows in their markets.

Details Common questions

Quick answers before the first call.

Are you arborists?

Arcaed operators are trained on equipment and safety. We do not replace your ISA-certified arborist on significant tree work.

What tree sizes do you handle?

Trunks roughly 6 to 24 inches in diameter at climbing height are the working envelope.

How does the platform compare to spikes for palms?

The mechanical clamp grips without piercing the trunk, which helps avoid spike wounds.

Can you operate in residential yards?

Yes. Tight residential sites are a primary use case when there is a path to walk the equipment in.
